Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Tax Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the tax compliance functions, ensuring timely and
accurate filing of all Federal and State income tax returns
Provide tax planning and research on strategic transactions and
lead tax research projects
Coordinate tax audits and administration, supporting IRS or foreign
tax authorities as necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of public accounting or corporate tax experience,
with familiarity in income tax reporting under ASC 740 for public
companies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of
SAP, Sage FAS, OneSource, and Hyperion is a plus
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to
collaborate across functions
Ability to effectively communicate complex tax-related information
to management and stakeholders
