Key Responsibilities
Define the strategy, vision, and goals for the pre-seed venture,
targeting $20M in ARR by year 10
Lead market experimentation and develop a go-to-market strategy
targeting the right customer segments
Build and lead a high-performing team while collaborating on
product strategy and roadmap prioritization
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of leading early-stage SaaS ventures to $1M+
ARR
Experience in B2B SaaS and leading cross-functional teams through
growth phases
Ability to thrive in startup environments and adapt rapidly
Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and
innovation
Experience in developing high-performing teams and setting
strategic visions
