Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Specialist- Federal Corporate
Income.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare federal and state income tax returns, estimated tax
payments, and tax provisions
Act as a liaison with external auditors and internal audit for
controls testing and tax return preparation
Conduct analysis and research on various tax issues and maintain
accurate records for tax accounting decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Business Administration, or
equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in U.S. GAAP and tax-related fields,
including federal and state income tax for corporations
Proficient in spreadsheet applications, particularly MS Excel, and
accounting systems
Clean credit history as reported by credit report
