Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Experience Specialist to join our client's' financial
services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
collaborative, phone-intensive environment and enjoys providing
exceptional service to clients. This position offers a flexible
on-site/hybrid work schedule after training. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email,
and other communication channels Handle a high volume of inbound
and outbound calls, assisting customers with account inquiries,
payments, and product information Resolve customer issues
efficiently and professionally, escalating complex concerns to the
appropriate teams when necessary Maintain accurate records of
client interactions in internal systems Collaborate with team
members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer
experience. Support process improvements and share feedback to
enhance customer satisfaction Stay informed about financial
products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate
information to clients Uphold company policies and compliance
standards while delivering excellent service Qualifications: Strong
communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual in Spanish is
preferred but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced,
phone-heavy environment Comfortable working collaboratively in a
team-oriented setting Prior customer service or financial services
experience preferred Position Details: Onsite/hybrid work schedule
Contract to hire role Compensation: $22.00 per hour Located in La
Mesa, San Diego Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or
