Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Permanent Quality Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the
quality assurance initiatives, spearheading continuous improvement
efforts, and ensuring adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles.
This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of
product quality and process improvement, in line with ISO 9001
standards and our Quality Management Systems. The Quality Manager
will also conduct quality audits, ensuring compliance and
identifying opportunities for improvement. This role requires a
minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: Drive the implementation and maintenance of
Quality Assurance initiatives and processes to ensure the highest
level of product quality. Lead continuous improvement efforts
across all manufacturing processes, identifying areas for
improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Ensure adherence
to Lean Manufacturing principles, optimizing efficiency and
reducing waste. Oversee the maintenance and improvement of Quality
Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct regular quality audits, identifying non-compliance issues
and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across
all stages of the manufacturing process. Develop and implement
training programs for staff to improve understanding and adherence
to quality standards and processes. Analyze quality data and
metrics, producing reports and making recommendations to senior
management. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a
Quality Management role within the manufacturing industry. Proven
experience in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, Lean
Manufacturing, and Process Improvement. Demonstrated knowledge and
experience with Product Quality, ISO 9001, Quality Management
Systems, and Quality Auditing. Excellent leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
to meet quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective
solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to
clearly convey complex quality concepts and processes to all levels
of staff. A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related
field is preferred. Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,
or a related field is highly desirable. Strong computer skills,
with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with
quality management software. Ability to work under pressure and
meet tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and
quality standards. A commitment to continuous learning and
professional development in the field of quality management.
