Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing team to support New Homes
customers in utilizing solar
Manage direct-to-consumer programs and builder partner
relationships for customer intake
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in
sales operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field with
8-10+ years of experience
5+ years of experience in solar customer service operations
3+ years of experience in New Homes sales operations leading large
teams
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high growth environment
Process-driven mindset with the ability to translate business
strategy into execution
