Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and records-* Aid with all wound care (including complex wounds), IV (hydration, therapies), and any additional procedures within RN scope of practice identified to meet evolving participant needs* Provide clinical support to Medical Assistants performing procedures in clinic, as needed* Educate and instruct participants and family members, within RN scope of practice, as directed by PCP (disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, etc.)* Record patient care delivery as planned to include any variation, as well as record observations and implement nursing measures related to impending or associated problems*Job Requirements:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred* Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required#4009Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical setting:* ClinicStandard shift:* Day shift* Night shiftSupplemental pay types:* Signing bonusWork Location: In personby Jobble
