Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Therapist (Intake &
Therapy) with WI LCSW/LPC.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
Develop and monitor treatment plans
Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential
community resources
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social
Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required
Proven experience in both intake and therapy, with at least 2 years
of diagnostic experience
Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
