•Emergency care 24/7 •Orthopedic and joint replacement services

0800-1630 /n Schedule: 5 shifts per week. Some weekend call
required. /n POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Nurse
Manager/Educator (CNM/E) is a Professional Nurse who will assist
the Department Director(s) in the 24-hour responsibility of the
day-to-day coordination of and quality of clinical nursing care as
well as non-clinical supporting departments for staff and patients
both in the hospital and community. He/she manages human resources
at the unit level in a cost-effective manner and assists in
providing direction in changing workloads during crisis, emergent,
and urgent situations. The CNM/E will work with the Department
Director(s) in developing, implementing, and/or evaluating
appropriate education programs within the hospital and assigned
departments; these programs are based on identified needs, quality
initiatives, patient population, educational requirements of the
staff, and general community education opportunities. - Monitor
patient care for quality, implement evidence-based practices, and
ensure adherence to nursing standards. - Provide leadership,
guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff. - Review patient and
staff data to measure the effectiveness of care and identify areas
for improvement. - Work with management, physicians, and other
departments to develop, implement, and evaluate programs and
