stories! Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation Rate:
$51-$70/h DOE Escondido, CA 92027 Requirements: • Master’s degree
with a Licensed BCBA Professional in CA. • Two (2) years ’
experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and
mental health diagnoses. • Competency in writing support plans and
effective verbal communication skills. • Experience in supervising
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required. Description:
BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis. They conduct
comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting
issues and observe participants in a Behavioral Support Home (IDDs)
