Job Description:
We are currently seeking a courteous and highly motivated Front
Desk Supervisor to become a key member of our hotel team. As a
Front Desk Supervisor at the Fairfield by Marriott San Marcos, you
will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to
our guests during their stay. Full time, m ust have Holiday and
Weekend availability. Your role includes: Responsibilities: Greet
and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist guests with check-out, billing, and any inquiries or
requests they may have. Handle reservations and room assignments
efficiently. Provide information about hotel services, amenities,
and local attractions. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them
to the appropriate department. Address guest concerns and resolve
issues promptly and effectively. Maintain a neat and organized
front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure
a seamless guest experience. Ensure shifts are properly scheduled
and assist with coverage as needed. Assist with ordering supplies
as needed. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality
industry is a plus but not required. Ability to multitask and work
effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance
and a customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and
the ability to remain calm under pressure. Availability to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Benefits:
