Job Description:
A company is looking for an ATM Tech Support Specialist who will
manage the optimal performance of ATM hardware and software while
providing customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily reviews of ATM hardware and software, identifying
maintenance needs
Triage hardware and software issues, managing service calls to
completion
Review ATM performance and assess camera angles for compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year in an ATM technical service role
Working knowledge of Kaba Mas locks is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced
environment
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency
