Job Description Job Description We are looking for skilled
Desktop Support Analysts to join our team on a 2-month contract in
Corry, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a critical part in
ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support for
hardware and software systems. This position requires onsite work
five days a week and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute
to a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Provide
technical assistance and troubleshooting support for desktops,
laptops, and other computer systems. • Install, configure, and
maintain Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and
Windows 10. • Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs to ensure
optimal functionality. • Utilize Active Directory to manage user
accounts and permissions. • Collaborate with team members to
support the upgrade and configuration of systems as needed. •
Ensure compliance with configuration management processes and
organizational standards. • Respond promptly to user inquiries and
resolve technical issues efficiently. • Document and track all
support activities to maintain clear records. • Offer guidance and
training to end-users on system operations and best practices. •
Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with
users and stakeholders. • Proven experience in desktop support or a
related IT role. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and
troubleshooting techniques. • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows
11 operating systems. • Familiarity with Active Directory for user
account management. • Understanding of configuration management
principles and tools. • Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills. • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Irvine,
Pennsylvania. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational
abilities.
