Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a legal business partner to revenue teams, summarizing
legal concepts and risks for business understanding
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal agreements while
advising on contract interpretation
Support continuous improvement of legal processes and ensure
compliance with company policies in agreement management
Required Qualifications
6+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a technology
company
Knowledge of data privacy and experience with Data Processing
Agreements
Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state with a record of
success as a lawyer
Ability to structure and negotiate a variety of contracts,
including SAAS and professional services agreements
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle
management systems
