About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a Senior Counsel or Partner to join our Product Liability Practice Group in San Diego, CA . This role is ideal for attorneys with 7 years of litigation experience who have had and value hands-on case responsibility and the opportunity to advance in a trial-oriented practice. In this role, you will: Take lead on key litigation activities: depositions, motions, client communication, and expert coordination Manage discovery strategy and execution Handle trial prep and courtroom planning Lead/Participate in Trial Teams Collaborate with colleagues across offices on major national cases What We’re Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar license 7 years of relevant litigation experience Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Self-starter with a strategic mindset and trial-readiness Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures Prior trial or arbitration experience Bonus if you have: Experience in product liability defense What We Offer: Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely Competitive base salary: $200,000 DOE Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability Employer-funded retirement plan with profit-sharing Formal mentorship and training programs Long-term growth opportunities, including a path to partnership Why Bowman and Brooke?
