Qualifications
Proven experience as a supervisor in a fraud operations
environment, ideally within financial institutions
4+ years of experience with financial institutions and
fraud-related processes
Knowledge of various types of fraud, including identity theft and
account takeovers
Experience with fraud case management systems and tools
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a
team
