A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead, Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of commercial auto adjusters and implement best
practices for claims handling
Align team with client and customer expectations while serving as a
resource for escalated claims
Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and metrics to
clients, advising on trends and loss mitigation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines of
business with bodily injury experience
3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote
environment
Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better
efficiencies
Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and accountability in handling
confidential information
