Job Description:

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Manager East Coast.
Key Responsibilities

Review and verify new loan submissions for completeness and compliance
Compile and process loan documents to ensure timely submission to underwriting and closing
Manage pipeline information and communicate loan approvals effectively

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recent FHA/VA loan processing experience
Experience with Encompass and nCino systems
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Thorough knowledge of various loan program guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent required
