Key Responsibilities
Oversees assigned surgery scheduling staff and collaborates with
management to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Handles scheduling calls, schedules appointments, and manages
modifications or cancellations as needed
Provides training and develops materials related to scheduling best
practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Experience in surgery scheduling and billing oversight
Knowledge of procedures, privileges, and designated block time
Ability to mentor and guide scheduling staff
Participation in education programs to maintain and enhance
skills
Proficiency in customer service best practices
