With an understanding of TaxRise's business, policies, and technology, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be identifying the ideal candidates for various positions across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting diverse business groups within TaxRise.We're all about that in-person vibethis role is 100% on-site! We offer our team members competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to grow professionally in a mission-driven environment.Base pay: $70,000 - $73,000 per yearAverage monthly bonus: $400 - $800 per monthWHAT YOU'LL DO:Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through post-hire integration.Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and social media engagement, to attract top-tier talent.Schedule and conduct pre-screen interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Facilitate hiring decisions by partnering closely with internal stakeholders and tracking key talent metrics.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring up-to-date candidate data and status changes.Promote recruitment best practices across teams and provide hiring pipeline visibility to managers and leadership.Support and contribute to the TaxRise employer brand, including content creation and social media presence.Create compelling job descriptions and templates that are consistent, inclusive, and visually engaging.Implement candidate relationship management (CRM) strategies to build and nurture talent pipelines.Conduct thorough resume reviews and align candidates with key qualifications and role requirements.Coordinate and greet candidates during in-person interviews, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.Assist with interview logistics and participate in interviews when needed.Ensure offer details are correctly entered in the ATS and facilitate smooth transitions through the hiring process.Prepare new hire packets and onboarding materials, welcoming each new hire during orientation.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.Uphold professional and respectful conduct in alignment with TaxRise's standards at all times.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform hiring strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional phone etiquette and candidate-focused communication.We understand potential comes in many forms.
