Receiving Discrepancy Specialist

Location: Chino, CA, USA - 16043 El Prado Road

Shift - Monday to Friday, 5am-1:30pm

Note - Shift subject to change based on the needs of the business. OT may be required and is mandatory if required.

Job Summary

The Receiving Discrepancy Specialist position will include reporting overages and shortages to vendors an internal stakeholders. Position is administrative. Other duties will be explained during the internal interview process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
  
  
  Additional Skills and Qualifications
  
  • 3 years of experience preferred; a minimum of 3 months of material handling experience with McKesson is required
    
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow through on SOP's
    
  • MS Office proficiency at an intermediate level
    
  • Knowledge/experience with r eceiving functions preferred
    
  • Basic math skills required
    
  • Exposure to RF Page and JD Edwards preferred
    
  • Must be a positive change team memberthat demonstrates passion and commitment to the success of the team and individuals
    
  • Able to work autonomously
    
  • Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the "big picture"and be proactive
    
  • Excellent organization and prioritization in a fast paced environment
    
  • Other tasks may be assigned to improve and maintain the proper training and support of the DC
    
    
    Physical Demands (some or all may apply):
    
    • This position will include administrative and possibly material handling on the floor. Some or all of the below may apply
      
    • Must be comfortable working at heights
      
    • Must be comfortable working in refrigerated areas
      
    • May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
      
    • May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
      
    • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
      
    • Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
      
    • May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion and great weights in a team lift.
      
    • Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
      
    • Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
