Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Agent (P&C) to
assist customers with insurance policy selection.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding
personal line auto and home insurance policies
Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage
and pricing
Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers
Required Qualifications
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Must obtain a P&C license within two weeks of starting
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Strong multitasking skills to manage competing priorities
Passion for helping others with their insurance needs
