Job Description:
A company is looking for a REMOTE Bilingual Lending Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to
clients
Process and evaluate loan applications, ensuring compliance with
regulations
Maintain accurate loan files and assist applicants with
documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan application administration
or customer care
Strong understanding of mathematics, credit policies, and general
accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
High School Diploma required; College Diploma in accounting or
business preferred
Knowledge of agricultural programs and the agriculture industry is
an asset
