We are currently seeking motivated, full-time agents who are ready to handle a high volume of business. Our agents typically initiate 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days by leveraging our live-connection leads. Key Responsibilities: Manage a consistent flow of live-transfer connections with urgency and professionalism. Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to identify client goals and property requirements. Master local market conditions across Southern California to serve as a neighborhood authority. Maintain a high-performance mindset focused on 5-star client experiences and successful closings. Position Requirements: Active California DRE License (Mandatory): All candidates must have an active license prior to joining. Assistance for obtaining a license is not provided at this time. Full-Time Dedication: This is a career-driven role for agents who treat real estate as their primary business. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM systems and lead-conversion tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (Commission-based) Schedule: Self-determined schedule Weekend availability required for live tour connections Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance-based bonus pay
