Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
exceptional opportunity is available for a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) with specialized expertise in augmentative and
alternative communication (AAC) devices to serve an elementary
school caseload in Anaheim, CA. This contract position supports the
CONNECTIONS program, which serves students with moderate to
profound needs within a large team environment. Location: Anaheim,
California School Type: Elementary Position Type: Contract, School
Year (ASAP through June 5, 2026) Schedule: 35 hours per week,
on-site Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology
services to students in the CONNECTIONS program with moderate to
profound disabilities. Manage a caseload using AAC devices,
including thorough programming and customization to meet individual
student needs. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
consisting of 3 SLPs and 2 SLPAs to ensure integrated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, assessments, and
progress reports. Communicate effectively with educators, families,
and administration to support student communication development.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist
license and California education credentials required. Demonstrated
expertise in AAC devices, including programming and troubleshooting
multiple systems. Experience working with students with complex
communication needs in a school-based setting. Strong interpersonal
and collaborative skills, with a commitment to student progress and
